NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY

ACTION BY UNANIMOUS WRITTEN 

CONSENT OF DIRECTORS OF 

EQUIS AMARE COLLEGE PREPARATORY ACADEMY 

a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation 

The undersigned, directors of Equis Amare College Preparatory Academy, a California  nonprofit public benefit corporation, do hereby adopt the following resolutions as the action of the  directors of this corporation: 

NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY 

WHEREAS, the directors of the corporation desire to formally adopt a policy of  nondiscrimination with respect to students and applicants for admission; 

WHEREAS, the Corporation operates a school and seeks to ensure compliance with  applicable laws and regulations, including Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), and to affirm  its commitment to equal opportunity in educational practices; 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Corporation shall adopt  and implement the following nondiscriminatory policy: 

“NONDISCRIMINATORY POLICY AS TO STUDENTS 

The Equis Amare College Preparatory Academy admits students of any race, color,  national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities  generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not  discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration  of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and  athletic and other school-administered programs.” 

FURTHER RESOLVED, that this policy shall be included in all public  materials of the Corporation that make reference to the school’s admissions or  educational policies, including (where applicable) brochures, websites, and  admissions applications; 

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the officers of the Corporation are authorized  and directed to take any and all actions necessary to implement this policy and  ensure ongoing compliance with nondiscrimination requirements. 

This Action by Unanimous Written Consent of Directors of Equis Amare College  Preparatory Academy is taken as authorized under section 5211 of the California Corporations  Code as of the 31 day of July, 2025.
