At Equis Amare College Preparatory Academy, we empower students to take full ownership of their learning and their lives. We believe leadership begins with self-awareness, courage, and responsibility — the courage to pursue what inspires you, to think independently, and to lead with integrity.
Through both academic study and hands-on work with horses, students learn that leadership is earned through consistency, clarity, and trust. In the classroom and in the barn, they are challenged to step beyond comfort, communicate with intention, and act with purpose. By developing the whole student — mind, body, and character — we cultivate resilient, confident leaders prepared not just to participate in the world, but to shape it.

Trust and respect form the foundation of every meaningful relationship: with peers, family, community, and the horses we work alongside. These values guide how we show up in the classroom, in the barn, and in the world.
Every student is expected to act with honesty, integrity, kindness, and accountability, representing our shared values both on and off campus.
